Meredith’s “it’s so good” White Chocolate Holiday Snack

Despite it being the coldest time of the year, the month of December is one of Meredith’s favorite times of the year. December is filled with decorating, baking, and gathering for Christmas, the new year, and her birthday, which is the longest night of the year!

She came across the recipe below at a friend’s Christmas party. It was so good that she had to have the recipe, and she is thrilled to share it with all of you

INGREDIENTS

2 - 1/2 cups Cheerios cereal

2 - 1/2 cups Chex cereal

1 cup peanuts

2 cups M&M’s (red & green)*

1 package mini pretzels

2 cups white chocolate chips

1 - 1/2 tablespoon canola oil

This recipe is incredibly simple to make!

  1. Mix Cheerios, Chex, peanuts, M&M’s, and mini pretzels in a large bowl.

  2. Melt white chocolate chips and canola oil.

  3. Pour over mixture and spread over wax paper. Let dry.

  4. Break apart.

  5. Enjoy!

*The M&M colors can be changed for different occasions and enjoyed year-round!
